নেতৃত্ব কেবল ক্ষমতা বা কর্তৃত্বের ঊর্ধ্বে; এটি চিন্তাভাবনার একটি গভীর পদ্ধতিকে মূর্ত করে – এমন একটি মানসিকতা যা একটি সামগ্রিক ছাতা রূপকের মাধ্যমে সবচেয়ে ভালোভাবে ধারণ করা যায়। এটি কেবল যেকোনো ছাতা নয়; এটি এমনভাবে তৈরি করা হয়েছে যাতে সবাইকে, তাদের জাতি, ধর্ম বা আর্থ-সামাজিক অবস্থান নির্বিশেষে, এর বিস্তৃত চাঁদোয়ার নিচে সুরক্ষা এবং ঐক্য প্রদান করা যায়।

The expansive canopy of this umbrella represents the leader's all-encompassing vision, strategic foresight, and protective strategy. It signifies a leader's ability to look beyond immediate concerns and see the bigger picture, anticipating future challenges and steering the entire entity towards a common, desired future.
